Two in three launches happen without a rocket

156 brands with launch data over twelve months. Median: five launches. 104 brands, 67 percent, had not a single organic rocket, a launch post that clearly outperforms the feed. 138, 88 percent, had no paid-amplified launch at all.
Among 75 brands running both paid and organic: 55 percent put the ad live before the post, 31 percent the post first, 15 percent the same day. The median brand calls 59 percent of its launches silent.
What it means
Most launches are quiet because they are not orchestrated. Brands that synchronise paid and organic at all are a minority.
How it was measured
Launch velocity, drop strategy and cross-channel sync signals, July 2026. Launch detection from caption labels. Sync pattern only for 75 brands with both channels.
When did your last ad go live, before or after the post?
